HWABON was established in 2010 and located at No. 39, Duxiang Road, Hudai Industrial Park, Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. The registered capital of the company is 10 million yuan, covering an area of 20000 square meters, and the plant area is 12000 square meters.

The company has advanced 250t hydraulic cold drawing machine, scraping and rolling machine, honing machine, multi roll straightening machine, heat treatment furnace, machining production line, automatic welding and other complete precision steel pipe and hydraulic cylinder production equipment, with complete inspection means. There are more than 70 employees, including 19 technical and management personnel. The company has passed ISO9001 (2015) quality system certification, and the production workshop adopts 6S on-site management system.

The diameter of precision steel pipes produced by the company ranges from 50 to 330mm, and the main steel grades are 20 #, 45 #, ST52, 16Mn, 25Mn, 27SiMn, etc. The hydraulic cylinder barrel products produced by the company are mainly matched with the Sany Heavy Industry Crane Project, which has a relatively long domestic crane cylinder barrel processing capacity. At present, the annual output of cold drawn pipes is more than 12000 tons, and the hydraulic cylinder assembly is 80000 pieces/year.
